PRODUCT + IMPLEMENTATION

Useful systems.
Curious mind.

I’m Madan. I turn messy work into things people can use.

From email and websites for small teams to independent software products. I like understanding the problem, building the solution, and seeing it through.

THE WAY I WORK01—03

A little less friction.
A lot more useful.

  1. 01Understand the real problem
  2. 02Build something that works
  3. 03Make it usable for the next person

01 / SELECTED WORK

Different problems.
The same care.

Client delivery, a business I built,
and a tool born from curiosity.

02 / PRACTICAL BY DESIGN

Start with the work.
Make it better.

The useful starting point is usually specific: a mailbox to move, a website to improve, or a repetitive task that keeps getting in the way.

  1. 01

    Reliable foundations

Email, websites, and the everyday systems a small team depends on.

  2. 02

    One useful workflow

Connect information and reduce repetitive work. Use AI where the task benefits from it, with people in control.

  3. 03

    A considered handover

Clear scope, understandable decisions, and documentation for the people using the result.

03 / THE PERSON BEHIND THE WORK

A builder with
a wide field of view.

I’m Madan Park, based in Seoul. My work moves between practical systems for organisations and products I want to exist.

I built and sold EUJobs. Through Zmantic, I help small teams with their digital operations. My own projects explore AI conversations, policy information, voice, and accessibility.

I enjoy the full arc: finding the real question, making something tangible, and improving it with the people who use it.
